Share number
The number of each share. Shares are recorded in numerical order in the share ledger.
Share class
It must be stated if there are shares of different classes, for example A and B shares.
Date of entry
The event date. For example, the date of a share transfer when the share has passed to another party.
Share certificates
Share certificates that have been issued and the shareholders to whom they were issued.
Shareholder information
The shareholders’ social security or organisation number, name, and postal address.
Restrictions
If the share is subject to any restrictions, such as a pre-emption clause.

The company reduces the number of shares by merging two or more shares into fewer shares with a higher quota value.
Pre-emption clause and restrictions
A decision has been made to limit the transfer of shares or share classes through a pre-emption clause or other restrictions.
Share reclassification
All or individual shares are rebranded from one share class to another.
