A subscription list (Swedish: teckningslista) is the document in which subscribers in a share issue state their name and the number of shares they subscribe for. The list normally contains the issue resolution, and the subscription is a binding commitment to pay for the shares at the subscription price.
It shows who will receive the new shares. Once the new share issue has been registered with Bolagsverket, the new owners and their shares are entered in the share ledger.
