A register of ApS owners (Swedish: anpartshavarförteckning) is the owner register of a Danish anpartsselskab (ApS). An ApS resembles a Swedish private limited company, but ownership is divided into anparter, not shares. In Danish it is often called ejerbog. It is similar to the share ledger in a Swedish limited company.
The rules follow Danish law and differ from Swedish law, including on who may see the register. Groups with Danish subsidiaries need to keep the rules apart while keeping one view of ownership.
